The location selection for nuclear power plant (NPP) is a strategic decision, which has significant impact on economic operation of the plant and sustainable development of the region. This paper proposes generalized Choquet fuzzy integral algorithm for evaluation and selection of optimal locations for NPP in Turkey. Many sub-criteria such as geological, social, touristic, transportation abilities, cooling water capacity and nearest to consumptions markets are taken to into account. Among the evaluated locations, Inceburun-Sinop was selected as a study site due to its highest performance and meeting most of the investigated criteria.
Abstract\nThe purpose of this survey was to identify and Comparison of undergraduate students\' of Razi University in Entrepreneurial Characteristics. A sample included 70 undergraduate Business Economics students using Krejcie and Morgan’s table (1970) was selected using a stratified random sampling method. Result showed; respondent students in Center control ability and Risk adoption ability are in acceptable situation. But mean percent of other entrepreneurial characteristics (Ambiguity adaptation and Need to success) were below middle level and need to be improved. Also results showed there weren\'t significant differences between male and female respondents in mean percent of entrepreneurial characteristics. To develop these entrepreneurial characteristics, a didactical arrangement, including supervised entrepreneurial experience programmers, make a networking with market and industry branches and fundamental changes in the teaching by integration theoretical and practical methods are proposed.
Image quality can be improved by a deblocking filter but in some case it reduces the image quality. In this paper based on various qualities metric, a comparison of quality and deblocked image is done. PSNR and SSIM quality metric .when blocking artifacts are present; PSNR does not capture the subjective quality well. SSIM highly correlates with Human Visual System (HVS) and it is complex than PSNR
This paper deals with a study of the performances of absorption heat transformer (AHT) for low-level heat upgrading. A mathematical model of a single stage absorption heat transformer using ammonia-water as binary mixtures has been discussed. Furthermore, in this study a new thermodynamics properties of ammonia-water mixtures have been used. An analyze of the performances of the absorption heat transformer highly affected by the coefficient of performance and circulation ratio has been carried out in this study.
